Hello, my name is Dylan McKenna. I am extremely excited to get to work with you to help you achieve some amazing things! 

I remember first finding the gym, and how positively it affected my life. I want everyone to experience that same change, not only physically – but mentally as well, through improving their strength/physique. 

I’ve spent the last 10 years of my life educating myself through science (ISSA certified) and practical experience. From becoming an IFBB pro athlete, to deadlifting 680 pounds, I have experienced so much through my fitness journey. 

My biggest passion is helping others change their lives through fitness, which is why all my clients end up becoming friends of mine!

A CLOSER LOOK INTO MY COACHING

You will be receiving a program that specifically fits your needs. I’ll create your plan to fit the time you have for the gym each week, your goals, any injuries, and exactly where you’re at in your journey.

Once you sign up, you can choose if you prefer a macro-based approach with a grocery list, or a customized diet plan. Both work very well, and we can always see what your body responds to best – if need be!

Every single week we will do a check-in where you will send me a quick update form that inlcudes pictures. Based off of that, I’ll change your diet and training to maximize your progress – every single week! Check-ins are done through WhatsApp to make things fast and efficient.

Form is highly important for getting results and staying injury free. That is why you will send me videos of your lifts, so we can make sure your technique is on-point!

Mobility is HUGE for staying injury free and progressing in the gym! I provide warm-ups, cool-downs, and stretches – to help you become more mobile.

I offer help with supplements (and any other questions you may have while we work together)! I also give you access to my Client Portal that has hundreds of videos & pdfs that I’ve made over the years, to help you with all topics surrounding fitness and the gym!
