Hey! This is Dylan Mckenna. I am extremely excited to get to work with you to help you achieve some amazing things on stage! I remember first finding the gym, and how positively it affected my life. I wanted everyone to experience that same change not only physically, but mentally as well through improving their strength/physique. I spent the next 8 years of my life dedicated to educating myself through science (ISSA certified), and practical experience. From wining the overall at my first bodybuilding show, to deadlifting 680 pounds I have experienced many areas of fitness. My biggest passion in life is helping others change their lives through fitness, all my clients become friends! Contest prep is a difficult thing, and I’m excited to help you every step of the way. Below I am going to explain how this process of working with me, and investing your money into yourself, and my coaching works.

How it works

1.) You will purchase the program that suits you best, whether that’s 12 or 16 weeks of prep. You can also pay month-to-month, if you can’t pay it all upfront. However, I only do a minimum of 3 months because I feel that’s how long it takes to understand your body, and have a great non-rushed prep.

2.) When you make your purchase you will receive an email confirmation, and a questionnaire that must be filled out and sent to dylanmckennafitness@gmail.com along with 3 pictures front facing/back facing/side facing. You will also receive access to my client portal. This will help me understand what type of program, diet, mobility routine, and guidance you will need.

3.) I will customize your plan, and tailor it to you specifically. You will get a customized diet plan, that will be manipulated as needed weekly! I only do diet plans for prep, and don’t believe in just handing out macros, because its not going to be as precise. I want to know every food you eat, and how its responding to your body. All of your programing, diet information, check in photos, and mobility plans will be on google drive for organized access.

4.) We will also have a designated weekly check in as well. All communication after you send your questionnaire, and pictures to my email will be over WhatsApp so I can get videos of your form to make sure your technique continues to get better. Its also a faster form of communication then email! We are not limited to just our check in day at all, you can reach out on WhatsApp as much as needed.

What you receive with the 12 week coaching package: 

-Unlimited contact with me

-A customized diet recommendation that will be changed weekly as needed

-A custom program based on your goals, and current level of training.

-A mobility/stretching routine to prevent injury, and help fix current injuries

-Access to my client portal which has a diet/supplement pdf, all about programing pdf, and a video/explanation of every movement on your program

-Cardio plan if needed

Client requirements

-Must sign a liability form 

– You are responsible for sending your check in on our agreed upon day weekly, if you forget I will try to remind you but at the end of the day its on you.

-Must own a scale

-You need to have a food scale

-You have to be motivated to want to put the work in, because I am
